For the past several years, I have been hearing and learning more and more about the Universal Law of Attraction. I just began using a positive thought technique a few months ago. I try to cut off negative thoughts, and to divert my negative thought pattern to a positive thought pattern. I have heard a lot about "The Secret", too. This just seems to compliment that.
